These were taken a couple of Thursday ago, during training. First off it was all to much for Riley
Then Flynn just couldn't keep up any longer
In the end the third victim was Neil, who thought it all looked to good to resist.
Lets see what sort of damage we can cause tonight.

Rumour has it Jim will be turning up.
He said he could out jump squat you any day of the week...... That sounds like a challenge to me.
