29/5 Legs are flat from Sunday still. Not having raced for the last couple of months has really shown with the recovery, so just an easy commute 41min.
KB class kept clear of the legs & mainly went for the upper.

31/5 Did the long commute today 1:05hr, with the body still not fully recovered. It's interesting doing a longer commute, but still having the same travel time door to door.

1/6 Feeling better today, so the ride was a little quicker 1:02hr

Felt really good until around 6s & then it was hard. Nice challenge.
