PM Did a circuit tonight with 1min work & 20sec rest for 4 rounds

16kg Step-up/lunge
Ring Push-up
Chin-ups
6kg Wall ball
worked my way into it today & did more reps in every exercise every round & was feeling better at the end than before we started.

After that hit-out last night I felt great today & really smashed the commute 62min
