23/9 Easy 66min commute, legs still feeling flat

Main set like yesterday, just made it harder

took a nice 26:35min with no resting
It's an interesting set, as it gets mentally easier as you work down the set, but you always seem to do extra as you forget to drop the rep on the next set through. Extras are always good.
