Got an email from Ann-Michel saying how sore her abs were after Sunday, that she would like to do that workout again sometime & she'd be at the KB class tonight. So what can I do but oblige.

Rack Lunge 5 x 10es
1 Arm/leg deadlift 3 x 10es
Ann-Michel did try to say that she didn't mean tonight.
